Lead UI & Brand Designer (Independent ownership role)
HyperBid is a mobile game ad mediation platform and a sister company to GameAnalytics. I was brought in to lead the creation of the brand from the ground up — defining the tone of voice, building the visual identity, and designing the marketing website. The challenge was crafting something that felt fresh, playful, and distinct, while still aligning with the GameAnalytics ecosystem.
From workshops and research to 3D art direction and cross-system design, I took ownership of the entire brand experience — shaping HyperBid into a scalable, stand-alone product within a shared design framework.

Led end-to-end brand creation for HyperBid — from visual identity and tone of voice to guidelines and launch assets
Conducted market and competitor research, ran internal workshops, and aligned the brand with business goals and target audience
Defined a friendly, bold, and dynamic visual language that would feel distinct yet related to GameAnalytics

Ensured visual and structural alignment with GameAnalytics, contributing to the broader ecosystem vision
Created a hybrid design language that allowed for both independence and brand cohesion across the parent company

Designed the marketing website from scratch — including layout, UX structure, and brand narrative
Drove the decision to use 3D-rendered visuals to reflect the brand's playfulness and future-facing tone
Directed and collaborated with a 3D artist, provided art direction, created wireframes for scenes, and ensured visuals reflected brand voice
